Thank you for visiting our webshop on the website TheVoyagerShop.com published by TheVoyagerShop.com. Please read the following Terms and Conditions before placing an order in our webshop. By ticking the box next to the Terms and Conditions on our Site you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by Revolver at its sole discretion, without prior notice. 

INACCURACIES ON THE WEBSITE

Revolver has set up a webshop on the website and customers may place their orders through the webshop. An order confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed. Revolver does not guarantee that all items included in the Revolver webshop are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable, Revolver will contact you shortly by email. 

Revolver cannot guarantee that the content of the website is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times, nor can we guarantee that all the information is up-to-date. Although Revolver strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the website and its webshop, errors may occur. Revolver may at any time amend the content of the website and reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by email and give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order.  If we are unable to contact you, your order will automatically be cancelled.

PRICES

In the webshop prices are displayed for each item. Shipping costs will be added to your order at checkout. Please view the SHIPPING section below for shipping charges. 

Orders to countries outside the USA may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Revolver does not collect duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the USA and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

PAYMENT

We accept payments by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. The full amount will be charged on the date of the shipment (i.e. when the package is dispatched).

SHIPPING

All orders are processed by Revolver in San Francisco, CA within two business days of receiving the order, provided that we receive due payment, clearance and have stock availability. During our sales period order processing may however take up to five days. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of USA public holidays. An order confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed. Once your package is shipped we will send you a second email with a final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect your package. All orders are fully traceable on the website.  Up to date delivery information can be accessed at any time. Please sign into your account to begin tracking.

All domestic orders will be sent out by USPS. All international orders are shipped via UPS Priority Mail with a tracking number. Shipping costs will be added to your order and displayed at checkout.

COUNTRIES WE SHIP TO

Revolver currently ships to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom and United States of America. 

We continually update the list of which countries we ship to, so if you do not see your country listed, we still may ship to your country.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Domestic orders are shipped by USPS, will be delivered to your nearest USPS Service Point and finally to your requested shipping location. If you do not collect your package within 14 days, the package will be returned to Revolver. Please note that you still have to pay the delivery cost for the returned package and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

ORDERS TO THE REST OF THE WORLD

International orders are shipped with USPS/Post and will be delivered within business days. 

Please note that the goods cannot be left without a signature and that couriers usually operate between 08.00-18.00 (8am-6pm) on business days. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. 

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and issues such as payment authorization and destination customs clearance may cause delays. Please note that we are unable to deliver to post office boxes.

INSURANCE

For domestic orders, Revolver packages are only insured through Priority mail. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which points responsibility for the shipment to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that a signature by such third party is sufficient evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Revolver. With completion of the delivery, we are not responsible for the package and any tampering due to theft, mishandling or damage to your package. 

As for international shipments, When passed from USPS to your domestic mail handler, both Revolver and USPS have passed responsibility to them and you. Though we are more than willing to assist you, we are not responsible for the theft, mishandling or damage to your package overseas.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or store credit of items, which you must return to us in an unused, perfect condition. You may not handle the item more than necessary to determine the item’s qualities and fit. Returns will only be accepted if labels, such as, but not limited to, hangtags, and original packaging are fully intact. Revolver cannot accept returns where labels have been removed. If the item has been handled more than is deemed necessary, the customer will be liable to compensate Voyager for the incurred value reduction. All exchanges are subject to availability and can only be made to another size, color or style as they originally bought item. 

Shipping charges on returned items are at the customer’s expense. However, Voyager will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at our stores.

In addition to the guidelines above the following bullet points are important to observe when handling your item:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order and the items must be in perfect condition. We do not need a copy of the original invoice as we have all proper documentation on file.

• Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Voyager cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.

• All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. 

• Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.

You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Voyager. We prefer that international orders are returned to us via UPS or your domestic Priority mail handler to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods to us by any secure means, but please note that items lost in transit are not insured and compensated for by Voyager.

We do not refund purchased items and all sale and discounted items are final. Note that additional duties and/or taxes as well as shipping costs will not be refunded. For exchanges, after we receive the returned item and if the item requested for exchange is in stock, we will send you the requested item via USPS priority mail. Additional shipping costs may apply for exchanges. 

If there are no items that you would like to exchange, we will issue you a store credit to use on any item available on our website. Issued store credits do not expire until they are used. Store credits are issued as a payment code that you can use in the discount section when paying out. FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a faulty item or the item does not live up to our quality standards, please contact us at info@TheVoyagerShop.com for further consultation. Voyager is responsible for all shipping charges involving claims and incorrect deliveries. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product, subject to availability. You must return the item you consider faulty to us within a 14-day period following delivery. Items can also be exchanged or refunded in person at our locations in San Francisco, CA.

During our review over the item and it is not deemed faulty by our standards or has been tampered with, we can at any time, reject claims of fault.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS WITHIN THE USA 

Please follow our instructions below to make a return or exchange within the USA:

1. Place the item/items in the original packaging provided or any similar solid carton, to ensure that items are adequately protected in transit.

2. Please email info@theVoyagerShop.com that you are returning the item. If you would like to exchange the item, please provide information on the item you wish to exchange your for and we will check if it is available for you.

3. Ship back to us within the 14 day return period.

4. Return at your nearest delivery point.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS INTERNATIONALLY

Please follow our instructions below to make a return or exchange internationally:

1. Place the item/items in the original packaging provided or any similar solid carton, to ensure that items are adequately protected in transit.

2. Please email info@TheVoyagerShop.com that you are returning the item. If you would like to exchange the item, please provide information on the item you wish to exchange your for and we will check if it is available for you.

3. Ship back to us within the 14 day return period. Please make sure all proper shipping information is on the package for customs.

4. Return at your nearest delivery point.

PRIVACY POLICY

Voyager collects customer information to help us to serve you better. We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining and using this information responsibly. This privacy policy addresses the use and disclosure of personal information we collect from you. By visiting our website, or providing your information to us, you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy.

Any personal information you provide to us is maintained on secure servers and our internal systems. We collect information when you register online or update your account, log-in, place an order, opt-in to receive our emails, shop online, or promotion or survey. We may also collect information from you in our stores or through other marketing material. This information may include, but is not limited to: your contact information (for example, your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses and phone number) and your credit card information. If you create an online account, you also have the option of providing your product preferences and demographic information. If you use our “email this style to a friend” functionality found on all product pages, or if you choose to send an email from our site to a friend, we will also collect your friend’s name and email address. Your friend’s information is only used to send the forwarding email and is not saved in our customer or marketing databases.

When you place an order on any of our websites, we use this information to process and track your order and contact you via email, postal mail or phone if we have any questions or concerns regarding your order. If you provide an email address during checkout, you will also receive order confirmation and shipping status emails.

We also maintain a record of your purchases made on any of our websites and combine this with information you have provided in our retail stores or over the phone in order to serve you better. We may combine information you provide with demographic information and information that is publicly available. We may also use information about your product preferences and interests in order to improve our site design and enhance your shopping experience.

  • Newsletter

At various points on our website, you have the option to join our email list and receive information about our products, services and offers. Also, if you provide us with your email address when you register online or update your account, log-in, place an order, opt-in to receive our emails, shop online, contest, or promotion or survey, you may automatically be added to our email list and receive marketing or promotional information from us.

If you do not wish to receive Voyager marketing emails, you may opt out by clicking on the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of all Voyager marketing emails, or you may email customer service at info@theVoyagershop.com with the following:

Please be aware that it can take up to 10 business days to remove you from our marketing email lists. If you opt-out from receiving our marketing emails, you will continue to receive order confirmation and shipping status emails.

  • Personal Accounts

When setting up an online account on our website, you will be prompted to select a password. The retrieval of personal information relating to you and your order history is only available to you if you provide the correct password that you have created. After providing your password, you can edit or delete your information at any time through the “my account” page.

If you forget your password, you can request that it be emailed to your email address. We will not give passwords out over the phone, nor will we email them to a different address than the one used to register. If you request to have your password emailed to you, your credit card information will be automatically deleted from your profile for your protection.

When you enter names in your address book, those names will be accessible on your computer to place online orders on our website, whether you are logged in or not. If you are using a public computer, please click on the link on your order confirmation page that prompts you to “click here to clear all information” after placing your order to maximize privacy.

Cookies are bits of information that we automatically store on your computer if your computer accepts cookies. Cookies do not retain any personally identifiable information such as your name, address or any financial information, on your computer. Voyager places a unique user ID number on your cookie which allows us to access information that we can then use to improve your shopping experience, such as holding items in your shopping bag, or providing you with customized pages based on your past viewing or purchasing history.
